3. M/s. Radiant Engineering, Chennai application dt.05.08.2024 received at this office on dt. 06.08.2024.
4. Bank Guarantee dated: 23.08.2024 issued by ICICI Bank Ltd, Chennai received at this office on 23.08.2024 .
Based on the MNRE, GOI , office order vide reference cited first , and MNRE office second above for registering/empanelling as a vendor for Roof Top Solar Programme , your application received in the reference cited third above is processed and the Performance Bank Guarantee received in the reference cited fourth above for Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) issued by ICICI Bank, Koyambedu Branch, Chennai bearing BG.No. 1897NDDG00001625 dt. 23.08.2024 valid upto 21.08.2029 is hereby accepted. In this regard your firm i.e., M/s. Radiant Engineering, Chennai is hereby registered as empanelled vendor of TNGECL & TNPDCL for installation of roof top solar in all district of Tamil Nadu for the applications received in National Rooftop portal (https://pmsuryaghar.gov.in/login) subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. This approval is issued without prejudice to the rights of TNGECL for verifying the genuineness of the Bank guarantee furnished.
2. Your firm’s Registration/Empanelment is valid initially for one year from the date of issue of this letter and has to be renewed thereafter on yearly basis for the next four years.
3. Only on submission of extension of validity of Bank guarantee, further renewal approvals will be issued. In case if you do not extend the validity of the Bank Guarantee, TNGECL reserves the right to delete your name from the empanelment vendor list in National / PM Surya Ghar portal without any further notice.
4. Your firm shall conduct physical survey to assess the RTS capacity and guide the beneficiary on the RTS capacity that can be installed in the beneficiary premises considering technical and financial parameters.
5. Your firm shall assist the beneficiaries in all process involved in obtaining necessary approvals, installing the bidirectional-meter and facilitating inspection by the TNGECL.
6. Your firm has to fulfill all statutory requirements those relating to electrical safety to install roof top solar plants.
7. Your firm has to install roof top solar plants fulfilling minimum technical standards and specifications issued by MNRE/CEA/ TNGECL.
8. Your firm has to provide comprehensive maintenance of the roof top plant installed by your firm for at least 5 years.
9. Your firm has to provide all necessary information related to installation of roof top solar plants and Do’s and Don’ts to the beneficiary.
10.TNGECL reserves the right to blacklist your firm and en cash the performance bank guarantee and to take legal action if necessary, in case if any discrepancy arises in terms of quality, service and records provided by your firm
11.In case of any misinformation or concealment of facts, appropriate legal action will be taken against your firm by the affected beneficiaries and by TNGECL.
12.The solar modules listed in Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) issued by MNRE from time to time shall only be used for installation of roof top solar
13.TNGECL shall include your firm name as registered vendor for Tamil Nadu in National / PM Surya Ghar portal. Subsequently you are requested to validate PAN and e-mail id in the above portal under “vendor login-update vendor credentials”.
